Since the introduction of smart phones and mobile phone intercepting software, thousands of people are spying on other people with a simple purchase online which allows people to monitor their sms, phone log and gps location services. Luke is noticing alarming amounts of software being detected whilst analysing his clients phones during forensic scanning process he uses. Chris O’keefe interviews both our clients, one being a stalker case, a jealous and narcissistic ex-boyfriend monitoring her every move. Tracking software was located during a forensic investigation on her handset and noted a gps locator was used to track her every move.
A property developer had suspicions and reservations about his new business partner. The new business partner had been spying on our client’s conversations, sms and location services to assist him win contracts behind our clients back. The business partner had been monitoring his sms discussions with relations to pricing schedules and contractors, giving him the competitive edge via establishing his clients contacts and pricing.The business partner then registered another company that our client was not associated too, applied for the same contracts as our client and then his business partner would scoop the contract from underneath his nose.
